Article 1: General Provisions

Zenderservice is only obliged to an effort commitment regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the provided information. Zenderservice is in no way liable for material errors, typographical, or printing errors.
The offer is valid as long as stocks last and can be modified or withdrawn by Zenderservice at any time.
Zenderservice is entitled to refuse orders without stating reasons, adjust delivery times, split deliveries, or impose other conditions on delivery.
Article 4: Online Purchases
The customer can purchase items from the Zenderservice assortment online.
The purchase is completed when the customer receives a confirmation email from Zenderservice. The items are delivered to the customer's home at the provided delivery address or the specified pick-up point.

Article 5: Retention of Title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Zenderservice until full payment is received from the customer. However, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery. The customer agrees to inform third parties about Zenderservice's retention of title, if necessary, for example to anyone who attempts to seize the unpaid items.
Article 6: Complaints
Any visible damage and/or qualitative defect in an item or any other defect in the delivery must be reported immediately, under penalty of forfeiting any rights.
Article 7: Warranty
a. Legal warranty (for consumers only)
Under the law of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. Each item is subject to the legal warranty from the date of purchase by (or delivery to) the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.
b. General
To invoke the warranty, the customer must be able to provide proof of purchase.
For items purchased online and delivered to the customer's home, the customer must first contact Zenderservice before returning the item at their own expense.
Any defect must be reported within 14 days of its discovery. After this period, the right to repair or replacement lapses.
The (commercial and/or legal) warranty does not apply to defects arising from accidents, water infiltration, neglect, falls, incorrect installation, abnormal or improper use, use of the item contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, failure to follow instructions or manuals, modifications or changes to the item, rough handling, poor maintenance, or abnormal or improper use.
It also does not apply to items with a shorter lifespan or wear items. Defects that occur after 6 months from the date of purchase, or delivery if applicable, are presumed not to be hidden defects, unless proven otherwise by the customer.
Problems with products caused by water infiltration or a dead or defective battery are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is non-transferable.
Article 8: Right of Withdrawal

The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as proof.
Article 14: Delivery Times and Issues with Delivery
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, every afternoon. The indicated delivery times are indicative, but a shipment via DPD typically takes 1 to 2 working days for Belgium and the Netherlands. In exceptional cases, a shipment may take longer. If a package is in transit for more than 7 working days, we will initiate an investigation.
You must inform us within 30 days if you have not received a shipment. If we do not hear from you within this period, we will consider the shipment delivered.
Article 15: Applicable Law – Competent Court
Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of international private law regarding applicable law and the Rome-I Regulation on the law applicable to international contracts concerning movable goods. In the event of disputes, only the courts in Dendermonde have jurisdiction.
